We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support our Sales & Marketing Directors. If you're someone who naturally thinks ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and builds strong relationships at all levels, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
* Manage complex diaries and prioritise workloads
* Provide full meeting support including agendas, notes, and follow-ups
* Coordinate extensive travel and expenses
* Act as a key liaison across the business and with external stakeholders
* Lead or support ad hoc projects and team events
What you’ll bring
* Impeccable communication and organisational skills
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* A proactive mindset and a can-do attitude
* Warm, approachable and a true team player
* Be the calm in the chaos, the detail in the big picture, and the right hand that makes it all work
