Role Overview
You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will focus on understanding our customers' needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and setting up new stock on the shop floor.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches.
8. Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR compliance.

Experience
1. Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Confidence to take initiative and work independently when needed.
6. Strong team player with good time management skills.
