* Salary: £27,885 per annum + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This job is suitable for those who are flexible and able to work various shifts between Monday and Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

About the Role
Join Travelex as a Bureau Manager within ASDA Travel Money, managing a team in a busy retail environment. Your role will focus on delivering excellent customer service, mentoring your team, and ensuring operational compliance.
Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Mentor and train staff to maintain high service standards.
3. Review customer feedback and service levels to improve processes.
4. Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Achieve operational and customer-focused KPIs.
6. Handle daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Interview Process
1. Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition or Bureau Manager.

3. Visit to the bureau for a face-to-face meeting with the Area Manager.
