This Behaviour Mentor role in Richmond gives you the chance to make a real impact by supporting pupils who find school life more challenging. As a Behaviour Mentor, youll work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to help pupils manage their emotions, regulate their behaviour, and re-engage with learning. In this Behaviour Mentor position, youll deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions, support behaviour plans, and guide pupils through day-to-day challenges. The Behaviour Mentor will be key in helping pupils develop positive relationships and coping strategies that build resilience inside and outside the classroom.
