Overview

Seasonal Sales Associate located in Leeds Boutique. Hours: 12 per week. Reporting into: Concession Manager. Monica Vinader is on a mission to prove that buying better, wearing longer and doing better can align with accessibility and affordability in everyday fine jewellery.

What You’ll Do

Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

* Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
* Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
* Deliver in-store services with confidence (e.g., engraving and aftercare)

Supporting the Team

* Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
* Follow guidelines and instructions to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional personal grooming and presentation

Delivering Efficiency

* Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
