Retail Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor for 30 hours a week, across 5 days. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?
1. Deliver first-class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all customer needs are met and encouraging repeat visits.
2. Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIs, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes, and ATV to maximize profitability.
3. Contribute to the store outreach plan using your local knowledge, which may include outbound sales calls, visiting customers, and participating in meetings and events in store.
4. Perform general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
5. Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat business by maximizing Store KPIs.
6. Accurately complete stock auditing tasks as guided by managers.
7. Process customer payments while adhering to policies.
8. Read, understand, and adhere to all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
9. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the shop floor, back areas, windows, and fitting rooms to create a healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
10. Treat all visitors with respect and consideration, using provided training to handle difficult situations positively.
11. Follow Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
12. Ask questions proactively to ensure understanding of all working practices and procedures.
