Volvo is on the hunt for a Warranty Advisor to join our Bishop Stortford dealership. You will be based within our service hub alongside a Warranty Advisor, Service Administrators, and Service Advisors. You will be part of a fantastic team of seven who will support and guide you through your new role.

Up to £40k including OTE
Responsibilities
* Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards
* Assessing the quality of warranty job cards and feeding back to the workshop
* Invoicing and other ad‑hoc administrative tasks
* Supporting paint and body claims
* Interacting daily with customers over the phone, face‑to‑face, by email, and at other times as necessary
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a technical background, preferably within the automotive industry. Current Service Advisors or Warranty Advisors who want to advance their career with Lookers are encouraged to apply. You should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and be able to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages are required.
