About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services on both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating (filling, sanding, priming, etc.)
* Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and finishes to a high standard
* Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
* Maintain cleanliness and care of tools and work areas
* Follow all health and safety procedures on-site
* Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator
* Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Own tools and transport (preferred but not essential)
