We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Assistant Manager to join a growing audit team in Winchester. This role offers the opportunity to lead a range of audit assignments across multiple sectors, develop technical expertise, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage audits for a variety of clients, preparing audit files, planning, and conducting fieldwork. • Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing support and training. • Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax computations under Line Manager supervision. • Ensure audit assignments are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget. • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and contribute to service and product pricing. • Build strong client relationships and collaborate across the team. Candidate Requirements: • ACA or ACCA qualified with 3+ years UK audit experience (medium or mid-tier firm). • Strong UK GAAP / financial reporting knowledge. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. • Confident, professional, and proactive with strong IT skills, particularly Excel. • Team player with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
