* Integration Project Manager - Oracle HCM Cloud
* Reading - Onsite 3 days a week

* £600 - £670 per day
As Integration Delivery Manager, you will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme and work within the Integration Workstream. You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, SI Partners, and third-party providers to coordinate integration build, testing, deployment, and transition support activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with integration teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
* Manage design and build documentation for HCM integrations with version control.
* Support reporting, deliverable reviews, and risk assurance with the Integration Delivery Lead.
* Track integration progress against HCM milestones and contribute to delivery planning.
Skills & Experience
Business Knowledge
* Strong understanding of HR core functions and processes.
* Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes, ideally in corporate shared services.
Technical Skills
* 5+ years with Oracle HCM SaaS; Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) preferred.
* Functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour modules.
* Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports.
* Proficiency in MSP Professional/Online, PowerBI, and O365 (SharePoint).
