I’m currently partnering with an exciting, high-growth SaaS business. Led by an impressive leadership team, they’re now looking for a Finance Manager to own core finance operations and help build a best-in-class function as the company continues to scale.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic and values-led business, take ownership of finance ops, and work closely with senior leadership across the business.
What you’ll do:
* Lead day-to-day finance operations: AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations
* Own month-end close and management accounts
* Oversee statutory reporting, audit, VAT, and tax compliance
* Improve financial processes, controls, and systems
* Partner across teams on payroll, commercial ops, and budgeting
What we’re looking for:
* 2–4 years’ experience in finance ops, ideally in SaaS or tech
* Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
* Hands-on, process-driven, and tech-savvy
* Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking
