Job Title: Business Administrator
Location: Meadowfield
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £26,227.50
Working Pattern: Full Time


Are you an experienced administrator ready to take on a new challenge? Our client, a successful and growing organisation in Meadowfield, is seeking a Business Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a down-to-earth, people-focused culture where teamwork and well-being are at the heart of operations.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

* Working pattern: Flexible working arrangements (working from home days available post-probation, subject to approval)

* Salary: £26,227.50

* Start date: ASAP, subject to notice period

* Location: Meadowfield, with free on-site parking

* Annual leave: 24 days, increasing by 1 day per full year of service (up to 29 days) plus 8 days bank holiday

* Pension: 6% contributory pension (after successful completion of 3-month probation)

About the Role:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that systems, records, and documentation are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will support Health and Safety and HR functions, with the opportunity to grow alongside the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:



* Provide general business and administrative support to senior stakeholders

* Maintain and update HSE, HR, and quality documentation

* Manage records and data via SharePoint and internal systems

* Update supplier lists, H&S documentation, and HR contracts

* Format documents, run reports, and complete accurate data input

* Support H&S audits and compliance activities

* Ensure records are well organised, accurate, and compliant

* Answer telephone calls, manage email inboxes, and support the wider office team

* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint

* Proactive, adaptable, and willing to help where needed

* Detail-oriented and reliable
