* Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

About the Role:
As a Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that systems, records, and documentation are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will support Health and Safety and HR functions, with the opportunity to grow alongside the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general business and administrative support to senior stakeholders
* Maintain and update HSE, HR, and quality documentation
* Manage records and data via SharePoint and internal systems
* Update supplier lists, H&S documentation, and HR contracts
* Format documents, run reports, and complete accurate data input
* Support H&S audits and compliance activities
* Ensure records are well organised, accurate, and compliant
* Answer telephone calls, manage email inboxes, and support the wider office team
