An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a highly respected and forward:thinking primary school in the heart of Kensington.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and senior staff to deliver high:quality learning experiences and provide targeted support across the school.

The Role

Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 1 and 2
*
Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress
*
Cover classes during teacher absence or release time, delivering engaging and effective lessons
*
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment under the direction of teaching staff
*
Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, events, and enrichment programmes
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*
Hold HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
*
Have proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting
*
Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
*
Show initiative, flexibility, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children
*
Be a positive team player who upholds the values and ethos of the school
