Position Details
* Title: Recruitment Consultant
* Contract: 6-12 months initially
* Location: Home-based, local to Wirral
* Salary: Up to £30k basic plus bonuses
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm, with flexibility; part-time options available

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a top-quality experience for clients and candidates.
2. Develop new business through networking, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
3. Work across various sectors and roles, from junior to director level.
4. Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide expert advice.
5. Coordinate interviews, assess candidates, and present top talent.
6. Utilize CRM systems for advertising and data management.
7. Support candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
8. Contribute to continuous process improvement and team success.
