Role Overview
We're hiring an ICT Service Desk Associate to provide first-line technical support across the business. You'll be responsible for logging, managing, and resolving support tickets while delivering strong customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st line IT support across multiple sites
* Log, manage, and resolve service desk tickets
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
* Communicate clearly with non-technical users
* Support remote administration and system monitoring
* Follow ITIL-based service processes and SLAs
Required Experience
* Experience in an IT support / service desk role
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies & Active Directory
* Understanding of ITIL framework (desirable)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
