The Inside Account Executive (iAE), CAI Infrastructure is responsible for creating, managing and driving opportunities in collaboration with Cisco partners for a designated portfolio of Mid-Market Private accounts. Working as part of a highly unified sales Pod team alongside Inside Account Executives (iAE) and Solutions Engineers (SE), this role emphasizes Cisco's Cloud & AI Infrastructure (CAI) portfolio while also identifying and communicating cross-architecture opportunities within the sales Pod. This role offers a dynamic environment that embraces challenges and celebrates contributions. Responsibilities include: Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with select channel partners to drive new sales and renewals across the territory. Master the full sales process for the CAI portfolio, leveraging advanced technologies and innovative sales models to achieve ambitious quota targets. Lead and contribute to territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting in collaboration with the sales Pod. Maintain deep expertise in Cisco's CAI and full product portfolio, delivering the unified "One Cisco Story" and adapting to industry trends. Use Cisco's tech stack and AI tools to optimize customer engagement, working in a hybrid model with some travel. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry, with documented achievement of at least 100% quota attainment or consistent year-over-year sales growth of 10% or more. Experience managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing. Proven ability to collaborate effectively, contributing to at least 3 cross-functional sales initiatives annually. Experience balancing partner engagement with direct customer interaction for a portfolio of at least 50 active accounts. Preferred Qualifications Passion for sales and building positive relationships. Strong business sense and ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to the customer base. Ability to engage in active listening to identify customer challenges - both current and future - and propose solutions to improve their process. Strong relationship management skills to build trust and drive results with partners and customers. Data-driven decision-making skills for pipeline analysis and accurate sales forecasting. Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce Fluency in French Why Cisco?
