About the Role: This Employment Solicitor position offers exposure to a broad mix of claimant and respondent work acting on behalf of employees and regional and national businesses. You will manage a varied caseload including: Unfair dismissal claims Discrimination and harassment cases Whistleblowing matters Redundancy and restructuring advice Settlement agreements and negotiations Mediation and alternative dispute resolution Employment Tribunal litigation Employment Appeal Tribunal matters From early-stage negotiations through to complex Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal proceedings, this role offers genuine breadth and depth of experience.
