Key Responsibilities Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery. Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding care and education. Plan and oversee engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards are consistently met. Assist with managing occupancy, budgets, and resources effectively. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
