The Opportunity
We are looking for three Payroll Administrators to join a busy payroll team during a critical stage of a Workday implementation. This short-term assignment will focus on checking data, resolving discrepancies, and helping ensure payroll runs smoothly across both legacy and new systems.
What You'll Be Doing
* Compare payroll results from Workday and legacy systems to spot and fix differences.
* Check accuracy of time, holiday, absence, and pension information.
* Investigate pay issues relating to earnings, deductions, and contributions.
* Keep clear records of changes and adjustments to support audit requirements.
* Work alongside payroll and project specialists to support the transition.
What We're Looking For
* Solid payroll experience, ideally gained during a systems change or implementation.
* Confident Excel skills.
* Familiarity with Workday Payroll and older systems such as Cyborg.
* Strong track record of managing reconciliations and parallel payroll runs.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
