Salary Package: Up to £43,000 OTE
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working Pattern: 4-day working week
Opening Date: 15th January
A rare opportunity to join the opening brigade of a beautifully restored country pub reopening this January under the ownership of a highly successful, quality-driven hospitality group with an outstanding reputation for food-led pubs.
This is a genuine fresh start — brand new kitchen, new equipment, new menu, and strong leadership in place. There is already significant interest and anticipation surrounding the opening, making this an exciting moment to come on board and help shape standards from day one.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:
* Run your own section within a fresh, seasonal British kitchen
* Deliver consistently high standards during prep and service
* Work closely with senior chefs during the opening and beyond
* Maintain strong organisation, cleanliness, and food safety
* Contribute to menu development and daily preparation
* Be part of building a positive, professional kitchen culture
About You
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality pub or fresh-food kitchen
* Confident running a section with consistency and pride
* Calm, reliable, and team-focused
* Keen to develop within a respected, expanding group

* Base salary £31,000 + exceptional tronc (£10,000–£12,000 per year)
