One of the oldest and historical venues in the City of London is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to work in the brigade to create beautiful dishes for their banqueting space for around 280 guests. Working within a brigade of 6 Chefs, you will work mainly Monday to Friday, but some Saturdays are involved, around 15 per year, which are given back in lieu
This Chef de Partie position offers some of the benefits in London, including 25 days holiday, 15% pension and private medical insurance. The salary for this Chef de Partie position is up to £36k per annum plus a potential 10% bonus.
