Availability
Availability Window: Tue 14:30–19:00; Thu 10:00–14:30; Sat 10:00–19:00. Our policy offers a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule contracted hours within the advertised times and provide 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. We are open to flexible availability if your times closely match the advertised windows.
Colleague pay: Our rate starts from £12.45 per hour, rising to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

You will be responsible for
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; providing great natural service
* Being knowledgeable about products and services in the store
* Working across service, picking, and replenishment areas as needed
* Applying training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly
* Making decisions that meet customer needs and delivering appropriate store routines
* Participating in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere
* Understanding store performance and supporting the focus on service, sales, waste reduction, shrink, and profit
* Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition
* Representing Tesco values and following policies
* Occasionally accepting store deliveries
