CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Dispatch & Loading: Ensuring the correct items are picked, packed, and loaded onto vehicles ready for timely delivery. Technical Handling: Operating Counterbalance forklifts for efficient loading, unloading, and stock rotation. Logistics Support: Shunting vans around the warehouse perimeter (valid UK Driving Licence required). Client Coordination: Contacting customers directly to advise on delivery schedules and providing a premium service level. Manual Operations: Delivering goods into customers' homes and managing physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Certification: Must hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence for a minimum of 12 months. Licensing: Full UK Driving Licence is essential for vehicle shunting duties. Experience: Proven background in dispatch and warehouse environments with strong attention to detail. Professionalism: Ability to act in a calm and professional manner while managing manual and physically demanding tasks.
