Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, with shelves stocked and merchandised.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and advise on our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
* Work as part of a team, creating an inclusive store environment and supporting colleagues and the local community.
* Be flexible to work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.
Working Pattern
Saturday: 06:00 - 11:15
Sunday: 09:00 - 14:15
Wednesday: 06:00 - 11:15
Thursday: 06:00 - 11:15
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
