An exciting opportunityhas arisen for a passionate, innovative and motivated bank health visitor tojoin our mixed skilled 0-19 team on the Surrey Wide Advice Line which forms apart of Children and Family Health Surrey, and help make our service evenstronger. The Advice Line is open to all parents/carers and professionalsacross Surrey and is open from 8-5pm. The role encompasses answering the phoneand triaging emails from a wide variety of services.
We would welcomeapplications from health visitors that possess excellent clinical,interpersonal and communication skills, are able to use their initiative andvalue our strong approach to team working.
Main duties of the job

Our health visitors aresupported by our clinical specialists, clinical team leaders, service managersand our safeguarding team to provide excellent professional practice and tofurther develop their skills and knowledge.

Thepost holder is responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme. HealthVisitors working on the Advice Line provide support to families on all aspectsof child health, development, and parenting. It also acts as a point of contactto our services from partner agencies. To support the development andimplementation of processes and audit to improve the delivery of the HealthyChild Programme to clients within the FCHC area leading to improved childrenshealth outcomes. To support skill mix within the 0-19 teams.
