We’re hiring a Fullstack PHP Developer to join a growing, product-focused team working on a well-established platform in a regulated space. If you enjoy building across the stack and care about clean, pragmatic engineering, this could be a strong fit.
The Opportunity
You’ll work on a live, high-traffic platform with a mix of greenfield development and ongoing improvements. Whether you lean backend or enjoy crafting polished frontend experiences, you’ll be involved end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
* Build features across backend (Laravel) and frontend
* Write clean, well-tested code (PHPUnit / E2E)
* Tackle tech debt thoughtfully, without over-engineering
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based environments
* Work within a regulated industry environment
Working Style
* Remote-first with regular in-person team meetups (UK-based)
* Small, collaborative team with shared ownership
* Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite
* Docker, GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
* AWS, Sentry, Cloudflare + third-party integrations

* Strong SQL fundamentals and performance awareness

* Pragmatic approach to problem-solving
