Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Devon (Manufacturing Site) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities Respond to electrical breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding Perform planned preventative maintenance in line with schedules Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives Carry out general site maintenance activities Work across both Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines Maintain and troubleshoot: Three-phase electrical systems Analogue current loops Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Converting machinery (cutting/sheeting) Packaging equipment (wrappers) Conveyor systems and processing lines Experience & Qualifications Strong background in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Mechanical maintenance experience is beneficial Knowledge of PLC and/or DCS systems is advantageous but not essential The Role Monday to Friday, days-based role (08:00 - 16:30) Call-out rota: 1 in 4 weekends Reporting into the Electrical Lead within a structured engineering team (Electrical & Mechanical Engineers) Training & Development On-site training provided on machinery and systems Clear and fast-track progression opportunities into senior, supervisory, and management roles Package Overtime paid at 1.5x Pension scheme 20 days holiday statutory days Additional holiday entitlement with service (up to 25 days) About the Opportunity This role has become available due to continued business growth, making it a great time to join a stable and expanding organisation investing in its people and engineering function.
