Overall Summary:
The Account Manager coordinates and manages large volume and high-profile direct mail programs for clients.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Oversee, plan, and implement client programs, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Guide clients with expertise and value-added information.
3. Provide accurate and timely feedback to internal and external partners regarding account development, scheduling, production, mailing, pricing, and billing.
4. Strategize and inform about production opportunities and challenges, alerting customers to potential issues.
5. Collaborate and integrate with teams across IWCO.
6. Ensure all direct mail programs comply with postal regulations through effective communication.
7. Recommend alternative solutions to maintain internal controls and facilitate meetings to drive improvements.
8. Proactively manage jobs to meet milestones and deliverables.
9. Participate in department-related projects as needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary:
The starting annual salary range is $60,000 - $75,000, influenced by experience, skills, and location. IWCO offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and more.

Education and Experience:
* Business or related degree preferred; technical disciplines a plus.
* 3+ years of Account Management experience preferred, especially in direct mail, lettershop, print, or fulfillment industries.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to work 8 hours consecutively.
* Prolonged sitting and computer work.
* Occasional travel up to 10%.
* Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
