We are passionate about delivering excellence and are expanding our teams across both sites. We are seeking experienced trimmers to join our Brackley facility. Our Trim team plays a vital role in maintaining our high standards and supporting production.
This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We offer competitive pay, a company pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals.
2. Assisting in process development to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Ability to read engineering drawings (advantageous but not essential).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong health and safety awareness.
* Good verbal communication and listening skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work under tight deadlines.
* Calmness under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills.
