Due to maternity leave, we are now recruiting for a PMO Manager who will work closely with the EMEA Management Team driving key strategic initiatives and projects for the EMEA organization. The PMO Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment, consistent planning and implementation follow-up. You will be involved in multiple strategically important projects and initiatives to fulfil EMEA’s strategic plan, contribute to outlining plans and strategic focus, drive high-strategic-value projects across the region, engage in EMEA strategy in order to establish long‑term priorities and initiatives, collaborate effectively with diverse teams to create actionable plans and drive the organization toward executing the long‑term strategy and prepare well‑structured and concise communication and decision‑making materials.

* 3-5 years of experience working in change management projects or in project management.
* Experience working in a global, multicultural environment with complex geographical considerations.
* Strong personal initiative and exceptional ability to work independently.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects across functional areas.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to understand other viewpoints and strong influencing skills.
