The Role Develop close relationships with key customers to understand future opportunities and anticipate needs that can be translated into business growth. Build sound commercial relationships with key stakeholders within the wider business and existing & new business partners, customers, and suppliers. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Ensure sales and margins performance targets are met or exceeded. Undertake market analysis and sector research to identify profitable market opportunities. Establish effective relationships both internal and external at all levels to enable delivery of future profitable sales growth. Promote a culture of teamwork, co-operation and high morale.
