Were partnering with a growing energy and retrofit contractor who are delivering vital low-carbon projects across the UK. Theyre now looking for a hands-on, commercially aware Senior Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller and take ownership of day-to-day finance operations.
Whether youre stepping up from a Finance Manager role or looking to make a meaningful impact in a lean, agile team, this role offers real visibility and trust from the top. Youll be working closely with the MD and wider leadership team to provide accurate reporting, steer financial decisions, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Lead day-to-day finance activity including month-end, reconciliations, forecasting, and reporting
* Support the MD and FC with budgeting, strategic planning, and cashflow management
* Liaise with the accounts team in the parent company to ensure smooth financial operations
* Be a key player in improving systems, controls, and processes as the business grows
