Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service interventions, managing installations, and providing technical support for Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs). Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact via phone and email for customer support. Schedule and coordinate field engineers using our SICON system. Troubleshoot RVM systems remotely and provide initial fault analysis with Sielaff's remote access tool. Prepare acceptance protocols and liaise with customers during handovers. Monitor our machines real-time using our remote portal “Simon.” Report feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Support special projects and assist the wider team as needed. Shift Pattern Office-based: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm One late shift per week: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Work from Home.) One weekend in every 4 (days off in lieu) Occasional bank holiday coverage on rotation Requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude. Technically minded or mechanical background preferred. Team player with a customer-focused approach. Full UK driving licence and valid passport (beneficial). Willingness to learn and develop.
