We're scaling fast and need experienced, relentless closers to drive conversions from our Derby HQ. This is a high-performance sales floor, working exclusively on warm, qualified leads.
The Role
* Convert inbound and warm leads into paid services.
* Drive daily high-volume call activity (5+ hours talk time).
* Smash weekly and monthly revenue targets.
* Own your pipeline with speed, persistence, and discipline.
* Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, processes, and conversion strategy.
* Mentor newer team members as you grow into leadership opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years proven telesales / inside sales success (property, financial services, insurance, or similar).
* Consistently top of the leaderboard in previous roles.
* Competitive mindset with the hunger to win every day.
* Strong closer who thrives on high-intent, high-volume conversion.
* Based in or commutable to Derby (on-site role).
Package
* Base Salary: £29,000 – £35,000 (DOE).
* OTE: £60,000 – £75,000+ (uncapped).
* Competitive commission per conversion with accelerators after target.
