About the Role

You will provide person-centred care, encourage independence, and help individuals achieve their personal goals, whether that’s gaining confidence in daily living skills, accessing the community, or pursuing hobbies and activities they enjoy.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
*
Support individuals to participate in social, recreational, and community activities.
*
Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all areas of support.
*
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies.
*
Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a care or support role is essential.
*
Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins if required).
*
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
*
Driver’s licence preferred but not required.
