We are a respected specialist within the construction plant, heavy equipment, and aggregate sectors. Due to ongoing success and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Manager to lead regional growth and help strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies for crushing and screening equipment
* Identify and secure new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and in-person meetings
* Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing customers
* Travel extensively across Oregon (company vehicle provided)
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven sales experience within heavy equipment, quarry, or aggregate industries
* Enjoys a field-based, customer-facing role with significant travel
* Motivated by strong earning potential through commission
