This services organisation is cash rich, ahead of their ebitda expectations and are looking to double in size within the next 2-3 years via acquisition.
Having already acquired numerous firms in their sector, they are now recruiting for a Group Financial Controller (hybrid role) based in Kettering.
As Financial Controller reporting to the CFO based in Kettering (hybrid) you will:
* Manage 11 people
* Support with all AR/AP/Tax/Audit & Month end duties
* Help to integrate legacy systems
* Be heavily involved in a future ERP integration - netsuite
* Own integrating future acquisitions
* Grow and build a finance function able to deal with fast growth
