3. Strategic Roadmap: Design and lead a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with global business goals and drives operational efficiency.
4. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the evolution of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and modern workplace solutions for a massive, distributed workforce.
5. Cybersecurity & Governance: Establish and maintain world-class security protocols (SOC2, GDPR, ISO) to protect sensitive client and corporate data.
6. Digital Transformation: Drive the integration of AI, automation, and advanced data analytics across the service delivery lifecycle.
7. Global Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technology partner to the US-based executive team and local business leaders.
8. Operational Excellence: Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems and client-facing delivery platforms.
9. Financial Oversight: Manage the India IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and high ROI.

The Successful Applicant
11. 18+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a proven track record in a CIO or VP IT capacity.
12. Experience working within a US-based Multinational or a large-scale Global Capability Center (GCC).
13. Deep expertise in the IT/ITES industry, specifically managing technology for large service delivery organizations.
14. Demonstrated experience managing technology for firms with USD 1 Billion+ in revenue and complex global matrix structures.
15. Strong proficiency in Cloud Transformation, Enterprise Security, and Digital Workspace technologies.
16. Proven ability to lead large, multi-functional teams and manage high-value global vendor partnerships.
17. Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders globally.
