We have partnered with a Global FM provider for a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations across our Facilities Management portfolio. This role is critical to enabling smooth commercial activity, ensuring proposals, bids, and client documentation are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with the Business Unit leadership team, Account Directors, and wider sales support teams to drive consistent, efficient, and professional sales operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day sales coordination support across the Business Unit.

Manage the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals, bids, capability documents, and presentations.
*
Track opportunities, pipeline activity, and sales performance metrics.
*
Ensure all commercial documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company branding and quality standards.
*
Support Managers & Directors with contract renewals, tenders, and client engagement activities.
*
Maintain internal sales systems and CRM records to ensure data accuracy.
*
Coordinate internal meetings, bid reviews, governance submissions, and milestone deadlines.
*
Liaise with subject-matter experts to gather information for proposals and pricing support.
*
Assist with business development initiatives, marketing material, and client-facing content.
*
Provide administrative support to the Business Unit as required.
Skills & Experience
*
Experience in a sales coordination, commercial support, bid coordination, or similar administrative role (ideally within FM, property, or professional services).
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
*
Excellent written communication and document preparation skills.
*
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with commercial documentation.
*
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.
*
Confident communicator who can liaise with internal teams and senior stakeholders
