This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering modern Microsoft 365 solutions that align with the organisation's business goals and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the IT Manager to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions such as Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, and Power Automate. Provide end-to-end administration and support of the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring stability, usability, and performance. Support the migration of data and content from legacy systems to the Microsoft 365 platform. Develop and manage a Microsoft 365 roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage new features and platform enhancements. Promote effective knowledge sharing, collaboration, and streamlined workflows using Microsoft 365 tools. Deliver user training and create supporting documentation and materials to aid adoption of new systems and processes. Provide technical support for incidents escalated from the helpdesk, troubleshooting system and application issues as needed. Explore opportunities to scale the use of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools across the organisation. Offer technical guidance and support for the Power BI platform. Ideal Candidate Strong hands-on experience with the administration of Microsoft 365, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related tools. Proven track record in delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a public sector or similarly complex environment. Experience with data migration and user adoption strategies. Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
