Job Description:
NCH is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our busy sales team. The ideal candidate will maintain, solicit, and grow our customer base, responsible for selling profitable solutions via telephone to customers within an assigned territory and to dormant accounts.

Key Responsibilities
* Complete outbound calls to current and prospective customers to generate and develop business opportunities.
* Maintain territories during staff absences.
* Handle incoming calls to extend contracts and sell additional products/services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Generate quotations and follow through to order conversion.
* Follow up on initiated campaigns.
* Provide guidance, advice, or training to less experienced sales staff.
* Attend sales training and utilize LMS platform effectively.
* Ensure compliance with standards and operate with integrity.
* Adhere to health and safety standards and uphold company core values.

* Proven telesales/customer service experience is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales systems is beneficial.
* Fluency in English and Finnish is essential, as you will be dealing with clients in Finland.
