Your new role
As the Accounts Assistant, you will support the finance function across a range of general accounting duties. Your role will include: processing invoices and supporting accurate financial records, preparing and sending statements, checking and maintaining the ledger, assisting with reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies, supporting the team during busy periods and helping with additional financial tasks as required. This position is fully on-site, Monday to Friday, giving you hands‑on experience and exposure to daily finance operations. You’ll also have the chance to develop your skills using the Access Dimensions finance system.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in an account or finance support role, a willingness to learn and develop new skills, strong attention to detail and good organisational abilities, confidence to work with invoices, statements, and ledger checks. Experience with Access Dimensions is beneficial but not essential. You must have a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a supportive team environment. You must be immediately available to start this role.
