The Role
This position involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy transactions and shared ownership schemes.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality client service while contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Key responsibilities include:

* Handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy

* Ensuring clients are kept well-informed and receive an excellent standard of care

* Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively within a friendly, experienced team

* Assisting with client matters allocated by the Partner overseeing the department
\n
\n
* Ensuring confidentiality and compliance in line with the firm's policies and regulatory standards

* Supervising and supporting junior staff where required
