Description
We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Clinical Advisor to work with an NHS 111 Service in Croydon, London. This full-time/part-time locum position is based in a office environment, with proposed working hours of Days/Nights/ Flexible shifts including evening and weekends.
The role is set to begin on as soon as possible and offers continuity, offering an hourly rate of PAYE only.

To be eligible, you must have:
* Registered Nurse (NMC)
* Significant post-registration experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency settings.
* NHS Pathways-trained or MTS trained
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
* Passion for patient safety and continuous improvement.
About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Advisor, you’ll lead by example in providing expert clinical assessment, supporting frontline staff, and contributing to service excellence. You will:
* Deliver remote clinical assessments and advice using NHS Pathways and clinical judgment.
* Provide guidance, mentoring, and escalation support to Clinical Advisors and other team members.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate and timely patient care.
* Contribute to audits, service improvement initiatives, and clinical governance.
