You will be trained to: Handle the technical and customer service aspects of insurance claims Ensure claims are managed promptly, efficiently, and cost-effectively Deliver excellent customer care, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout Assess liability and determine appropriate outcomes for claims Prepare proposals, reports, and quotations for on-site works Support the coordination and delivery of investigations and repairs Work collaboratively with internal teams, engineers, and external stakeholders From day one, you’ll be actively involved in real cases, developing practical knowledge and skills for a long-term career in the construction and insurance sectors.
