Job Description:
Fixed-term Contract - 12 months (with potential option to go perm)
Work from Home (1 day a month in a modern office in Cambridgeshire)
Join a unique, friendly team providing first-class customer service to Dutch customers. Customer Care Representatives handle queries, process orders, and build relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer Dutch-speaking customer queries via phone and email management software.
* Process customer orders using in-house system software.
* Make outgoing calls to customers to resolve issues satisfactorily.
* Build relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high customer service standards.
Key Attributes:
* Fluent in both oral and written English and Dutch.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels with a positive, flexible approach.
* Problem-solving skills, initiative, and openness to learning and improvement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Must have a UK visa.
Hours and Days:
2-week rotation:
Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00-15:15
Week 2: Mon-Fri, 09:45-18:00
This is a WFH role with approximately 1 day per month in our Cambridgeshire office for collaboration. Candidates must live within about 100 miles of the office.

Experience:
* Customer service, sales, administration, or similar experience: 1 year (preferred).
