Senior Social Worker, Hospital Team, Kingston The Hospital team facilitates discharges using D2A from Kingston Hospital and all Out of Borough Hospitals. Applicants must have recent sound knowledge and experience of Hospital Discharge and good IT skills Knowledge of LAS/ IAS and Google an advantage.
