Job Description
Job Duties:
* Deliver educational and training sessions in Skelmersdale, North West England
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
* Assess student progress and provide feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant teaching qualification
* Valid DBS check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
* Experience working in a diverse classroom setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of educational best practises
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Proficiency in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in curriculum development
Working Conditions:
