Join Serco as a Field Officer - Electronic Monitoring in Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom. This is an operational role involving home visits to install tagging equipment and support the Electronic Monitoring Service.

Responsibilities
* Visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment, working alone or with a Monitoring Support Officer.
* Build the individual's confidence in you and the justice system, reassure them of their safety and public safety, and help reduce pressures on the prison system.
* Follow a flexible shift pattern, including day times, weekends, and bank holidays, with an average 37.5-hour week and a rolling rota (shifts may start earlier or finish later).
* Receive training and mentoring on the road until comfortable in the role.
What you need to do the job
* Commitment to making a difference to the lives of others; training will be provided over a two-week initial program with shadowing and mentorship.
* Current valid UK driver's license, reasonably good fitness, and strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with individuals.
