Overview
We've built a brand-new digital platform powered by the UK's largest pet owner database - and we need a Product Owner who can help turn that potential into performance. You'll work on high-impact initiatives across web and app, using cutting-edge tech and data to shape how millions of customers find and connect with our pet care ecosystem. As we continue the roll-out of the platform across our estate, your role will see you partnering our Veterinary Practice Owners, ensuring the rollout into their individual practices is seamless, whilst building knowledge and understanding of the system. The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire, and we'll look for you to attend the office for a minimum of two days per week (including Tuesdays).
Responsibilities
* Focusing on our Vet practices and working with the Practice Owners and Clinical teams
* Collaborating with Digital Marketing, UX, Design and Engineering teams
* Managing backlogs, sequencing releases, writing user stories and setting clear priorities
* Measuring success, iterating fast and delivering continuous improvement
Requirements / Qualifications
* Are you a seasoned Product Owner, who\'s just as comfortable talking SEO and PPC as you are user journeys and sprint planning?
* If you\'re a jack-of-all-digital-trades with a passion for customer attraction and engagement, we\'ve got something special for you.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital or eCommerce, working across a variety of stakeholder groups
* A natural stakeholder manager, respected by various business teams across the organisation and with the ability to communicate across a variety of audiences and seniority
* Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and acquisition funnels
* Confident translating customer needs into clear technical requirements
* Curious, credible and ready to jump in and make things happen
